Oh my goodness, what a beautiful little book。 My heart was bursting as I read it, and I had that feeling in my throat that you get when you’re trying not to cry。 What a gift。

So beautiful and comforting。

This book is absolutely beautiful。 I don't think I'll ever stop reading it。 The art is breathtaking。 Each page deserves to be framed。 The morals and lessons throughout never get old, and each time I read it, I learn something new。 This book is absolutely beautiful。 I don't think I'll ever stop reading it。 The art is breathtaking。 Each page deserves to be framed。 The morals and lessons throughout never get old, and each time I read it, I learn something new。 。。。more

I think part of the reason I gave this book 5 stars is because it was a gift from someone who knows and loves me very much。 But it’s simple sweet message is just what I need on days when the world and life seem too cruel and hard。 This isn’t a book to put on a shelf but one to keep handy and reread a page or two when you are feeling especially blessed or have a piece a cake to enjoy!

Everyone should read this book。 It is short but to say it’s sweet would be an understatement

Breathtaking。

Zasad četvorka, ali imam osjećaj da ću se kroz godine ovoj knjizi vraćati i potrčati ka rečenicama u specijalnim životnim prilikama i raspoloženjima。

I waited to pick this up until I really needed it。 Like a supportive friend with gentle words of wisdom, this book reminds you of all the wonderful things about life and just being yourself。 It’s a warm hug that honestly helps restore hope。 Definitely one I will return to and I’m sure different pages will stand out each time。

5*I tried to hold in my feelings as long as I could while reading this, but I was ugly crying not even halfway through。 The positivity and the whole mindset around really got to me, in a very good way。 I will gift this book to every person I know for the foreseeable future whether they like books or not。 I'm going to read this many more times to come。 5*I tried to hold in my feelings as long as I could while reading this, but I was ugly crying not even halfway through。 The positivity and the whole mindset around really got to me, in a very good way。 I will gift this book to every person I know for the foreseeable future whether they like books or not。 I'm going to read this many more times to come。 。。。more

If only you could climb into a book and stay there forever。 This was the warmest hug and I will read it over and over again for years to come。

Read the book twice by myself but it will be good to read to our grandchildren。 Loved the story and the drawings are great, the book brings a smile just thinking of it。 This is a book to read at any age, I'm almost 70 and I got good messages from pondering while reading。 I think I'll read it again, soon。 Read the book twice by myself but it will be good to read to our grandchildren。 Loved the story and the drawings are great, the book brings a smile just thinking of it。 This is a book to read at any age, I'm almost 70 and I got good messages from pondering while reading。 I think I'll read it again, soon。 。。。more

I appreciate the messages of this book 100%, but in places it seemed a bit forced and lacked flow from page to page which was a bit off-putting。 That being said, the illustrations are absolutely stunning and the book was worth the read just for those if anything。

For a book that takes pretty much minutes to read。 It is not so much a story but a book of reminders of who we are and should be and quotes to remind us of the important things in life like love, being kind and knowing the importance of asking for help。 Well worth reading, highlighting, and gifting to someone。

This reminded me of a more inspirational Winnie the Pooh for struggling adults and was just the uplifting short read I needed today。

A quick and enjoyable read, content-wise。 If you liked stories like The Alchemist or The Little Prince, it's similar to that。 Good for all ages。 Unlike the others, it's not a linear, plot-driven book。 Instead, it's a selection of quotes and quick dialogue between the characters from snapshots in time that provides that sense of what's important to remember in life and its purpose。 My main gripe with this, and the reason for the lower rating, is the font。 Perhaps the printed version reads easier, A quick and enjoyable read, content-wise。 If you liked stories like The Alchemist or The Little Prince, it's similar to that。 Good for all ages。 Unlike the others, it's not a linear, plot-driven book。 Instead, it's a selection of quotes and quick dialogue between the characters from snapshots in time that provides that sense of what's important to remember in life and its purpose。 My main gripe with this, and the reason for the lower rating, is the font。 Perhaps the printed version reads easier, but the electronic copy I had from the library was difficult to get through。 I should say that I enjoy those sorts of introspective themes in my books, but the font detracted from it a lot。 While I understand that the handwritten font makes it feel more personal, I struggled reading to the point that I felt I focused more on figuring out what I was reading rather than the message of what I was reading。 All in all, worth a read still。 。。。more

This is a lovely book。 Beautiful words, beautiful illustrations。 Reminds me of a contemplative Christopher Robin and Winnie the Pooh for the 21st century。

Just the sweetest little story。 I feel like this should be required reading for all children。

This was such a comforting audiobook to listen to!! I absolutely adored it。 It was narrated by the author, and I must say- his voice is very soothing。 This has themes of being kind to yourself, and others around you。 And honestly, I wish that I had read it sooner, or when I was younger。 I wish someone had told me, what this book told me。 In any case, this seems to be a comfort book for me now。 Definitely recommend checking out。 Happy reading!

A wholesome short story focusing on acceptance。 I think it is best suited for children; however, a lot of reviews are from adults who were moved by the story and hand-drawn images。 While reading it, I thought how nice it was to read a story about a boy who was not a superhero, natural space techie, world adventurer, or tough guy。 Just a kid being thoughtful。 It would be great to see a similar story about a girl。

This is not a typical picture book and instead reads more like a small book of advice with a loose linear story, fit for any age and any time。 It's so beautiful and poignant。 The text can be hard to read which can make it inaccessible for younger readers however the text feels as much a part of the art as the illustrations。 Beautiful and timeless。 This is not a typical picture book and instead reads more like a small book of advice with a loose linear story, fit for any age and any time。 It's so beautiful and poignant。 The text can be hard to read which can make it inaccessible for younger readers however the text feels as much a part of the art as the illustrations。 Beautiful and timeless。 。。。more
